Sexual Harassment
An encounter with a sexual predator at work can be frightening, intimidating and career-altering. Sexual predators come in all forms. Worst among them is the predator who has control over an employee and uses that control to satisfy a hunger for power.
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender and sexual harassment. Sexual harassment can include sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal, nonverbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature. The anti-retaliation provision of Title VII protects employees who complain of alleged gender discrimination/sexual harassment.
Sexual harassment attorney, Randolph James, champions the rights of sexual harassment victims and pursues claims that hold sexual predators and their employers accountable.
Attorney James, who has two sisters and two daughters, is motivated by the need to protect the rights of women in the workplace. He also strives to offer women a level of comfort and a non-judgmental ear during what often is a very unnerving time.
